When will my order arrive?
Our production time varies depending on the number of orders in the queue. Ship-by dates and delivery estimates can be seen in the listing information prior to purchase, and your order confirmation email after purchase. While we can ensure your item is shipped in accordance to our processing time, delivery dates are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control.
If you need your order by a certain date, please message us directly before placing your order so we can tell you if your order is likely to arrive in time. Please don't add this information to the note box at the checkout, as we are unlikely to see it until we come to make your order and your order may be cancelled as a result.
Customs Fees and Import Duties
We ship exclusively from the UK. If you are ordering from outside the UK then your order may be subject to customs fees and import taxes if the value of the order is over a certain limit. This value differs depending on the country.
Customs fees and import taxes are a separate charge initiated by your government. They are out of our control and are not our responsibility.
We recommend checking your country's postal importation rules in order to determine if you are likely to receive a customs fee. If your order is subject to customs fees and these are not paid within a certain timeframe, the order will be returned to us.

UK: 1st Class 1-2 working days, 2nd Class 2-3 working days
Western Europe: 3-5 working days
Everywhere else: 5-7 working days

Standard international shipping does not include tracking. Three upgrades are available to add tracking to your package.
Standard Shipping + Tracking (Evri International): 4-8 working days
Royal Mail: 3-7 working days
FedEx: 3-4 working days
My item hasn't arrived, is it lost?
All our orders are sent via Royal Mail. We refer to their estimated delivery times and lost mail policies.

UK orders will be considered lost after 10 working days since their estimated delivery time.
European orders will be considered lost after 20 working days since their estimated delivery time.
For everywhere else, orders will be considered lost after 25 working days since their estimated delivery time.
All orders qualify for Etsy's Purchase Protection Programme. If your order is lost in the mail, please open a case with Etsy for a full refund. We don't offer replacements, but you are welcome to place a new order and be bumped to the front of our queue.
Returns, exchanges and refunds.
SIZING ISSUES - If your items aren't fitting perfectly, you are welcome to return for a refund or an alteration.
FAULTY ITEMS - Refunds are available for faulty items once the item has been returned and the damage assessed.
CHANGED YOUR MIND? - We accept cancellations as long as we haven't started making your order. Once we have started working on your order, or if your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you are returning for a refund, you must let us know within 14 days of delivery and ship it back to us within another 14 days. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.
Questions about harness sizing?
Our harnesses are made according to UK bra size measurements.
If you need to convert your size to UK, or if you are unsure of your sizing, please message us.
For the most accurate fit we recommend providing your exact measurements (underbust and bust) instead of your bra size as bra brands can vary with their sizing and many people are unknowingly wearing the wrong bra size.
We try to be as size inclusive as we can. We have made many of our harness styles in band sizes from 26-54 and cup sizes up to a UK K/US O.
A few of our harnesses are only available in limited sizes due to their design. Please check the item description/images for full sizing information for each piece.
If a size isn't provided your order will be cancelled.
Custom orders and personalisation
Whether we can accept custom orders depends on our current workload, as creating new designs from scratch takes a good amount of time. Please expect custom designs to cost a little more than the designs we readily stock to cover the extra time needed.
We are also able to purchase our materials in multiple other colours - if you have something in mind then please message us to discuss. We will require a deposit to cover the costs of any materials that we have to order in.
Personalisation: The personalisation box is for sizing details only. Any other customisations/personalisation must be agreed upon before the order is placed and a custom listing will be created for you.
My items have been returned to the sender
This can happen for numerous reasons. If the buyer hasn't collected an item from the post office after a failed delivery, if an incorrect or incomplete address is given, if the occupant of the address refuses the package, if customs charges are not paid etc..
If items are returned to us and the buyer still wants the items, the cost of reshipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. If a refund is preferred, we will only refund the cost of the item, we will not refund the shipping charge. Refunds will only be given once we have received the return.
We are not responsible for losses caused by giving the wrong address. It is the buyers responsibility to confirm the address is correct at the checkout.
Marking your order as a gift
By marking your order as a gift you will receive a gift receipt that doesn't show prices, and have the option to leave a gift message.
Marking your order as a gift does not mean the order will be gift wrapped - this is a separate service that is available to purchase at the checkout.
Marking your order as a gift does not mean the package will be declared as a gift on any customs documentation. It is our legal responsibility to declare the package as merchandise, describe the contents and declare the price of the contents. Depending on the country and the order value, the package may also be subject to customs fees and import taxes. Please bare these things in mind if you are sending orders marked as gifts directly to the recipient.
Listing quantities
You will see our items are typically listed as up to 3 items in stock. I use listing quantities to roughly estimate how many on each item I can make and ship within my processing time. However, since our items are made to order the quantity we can make is essentially limitless as long as we have the necessary materials in stock. If you would like to purchase more than quantity available, please message me and I will increase the listing quantity or create a custom listing for you.
If you see a made to order item is out of stock, it has likely sold out while I'm sleeping/out of office, and will be restocked as soon as I notice.
