Delivery Times & Dispatch
All items are made to order, and production times vary depending on my current order queue.
Your ship-by date and estimated delivery window are shown in the listing before purchase and in your order confirmation email.
I guarantee that your order will be dispatched within my stated processing time. Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, as postal delays and carrier issues are outside my control.
If you need your order by a specific date, please message me before placing your order so I can confirm whether this is achievable.
Please don't add deadline requests to the checkout note box, as I may not see it until I start working on your order.
Production time and shipping time are separate and both apply to every order.
Customs Fees and Import Duties
All orders ship from the UK. For orders sent outside the UK, Etsy usually collects any applicable VAT or GST at checkout, depending on your location.
United States orders are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning US import duties and tariffs are already paid and you should not be charged on delivery.
For other countries, additional customs fees or import duties may still apply and are set by the destination country.
If customs charges are due and not paid within the carrier’s timeframe, the parcel may be returned to me. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Methods and Upgrades
UK shipping
Standard domestic shipping is Royal Mail 2nd Class (untracked) - estimated 2-3 working days after dispatch.
Upgrades available at checkout:
• Royal Mail 1st Class (untracked): 1-2 working days
• Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 working days
• Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 working days
• Evri Standard (tracked): 2-4 working days
• Evri Express (tracked): 1-2 working days
International shipping
Standard international shipping is Royal Mail International Standard. This service does not include in-transit tracking (dispatch and delivery scans only).
An upgrade to Royal Mail International Tracked is available at checkout and is usually faster (3-7 working days, destination dependent).
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived yet, I recommend allowing up to 1 week for UK orders, and up to 2 weeks for international orders, beyond the estimated delivery time. Postal delays can occur, particularly during busy periods or with international shipping.
All orders are covered by Etsy’s Purchase Protection Programme. If your order is confirmed lost, please open a case with Etsy to receive a full refund.
I do not offer replacements for lost parcels. You’re welcome to place a new order, and it will be prioritised in my production queue.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Sizing issues
If your item doesn’t fit as expected, you may return it for a refund or alteration. Please contact me before returning.
Faulty items
Refunds are available for faulty items once the item has been returned and assessed. Return postage is covered if a fault is confirmed.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted before production begins only. Orders cannot be cancelled once work has started or after dispatch.
Exchanges
I do not currently offer exchanges.
Returns timeframe
You must notify me within 14 days of delivery and return the item within a further 14 days. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Harness Sizing Information
My harnesses are sized using UK bra measurements. If you need help converting your size to UK, or you’re unsure which size to choose, please message me before ordering.
For the most accurate fit, I recommend providing your exact underbust and bust measurements rather than a bra size, as sizing can vary between brands and many people wear an incorrect bra size.
I aim to be as size inclusive as possible and have produced many styles in band sizes 26-54 and cup sizes up to UK K/US O. Some designs are available in limited size ranges due to their construction - please check each listing for full sizing details.
I can't make your items without sizing information so if no size is provided, your order will be cancelled.
Custom Orders and Personalisation
Availability for custom orders depends on my current workload, as creating new designs takes additional time. Custom pieces are typically priced higher than standard designs to reflect this.
I can source materials in a range of additional colours. If you have something specific in mind, please message me before ordering to discuss options. A deposit may be required to cover the cost of special-order materials.
Personalisation
The personalisation box is for sizing information only. Any other customisations must be agreed in advance and ordered through a custom listing created for you.
Undelivered & Returned Parcels
Orders may be returned to me for several reasons, including an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the parcel after a delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or unpaid customs charges.
If an order is returned and you would like it reshipped, reshipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. If you prefer a refund, I will refund the item cost only; original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued once the returned item is received.
I am not responsible for parcels returned due to an incorrect address. Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout, as address errors are the buyer’s responsibility.
Gift Orders
When you mark your order as a gift, we’ll include a gift receipt with no prices shown and you’ll have the option to add a gift message.
Gift wrapping may be available on request for an additional fee. Please message us before ordering to check availability and pricing. Gift wrapping changes the parcel size from Large Letter to Small Parcel, which results in additional postage costs, along with the cost of wrapping materials.
Marking an order as a gift does not change customs requirements. International parcels must be declared as merchandise at their full value, and customs fees or import taxes may still apply. Please be mindful of this when sending gifts directly to the recipient.
Listing Quantities
Most items are listed with a quantity of up to 5 available. These quantities are used as a guide to help manage my processing time and reflect how many orders I can comfortably make and ship at once.
All items are made to order, so availability is not limited in the traditional sense and depends on materials being in stock.
If you’d like to purchase more than the quantity shown, please message me and I can increase the listing quantity or create a custom listing for you.
If a made-to-order item appears out of stock, it has likely sold out while I’m offline and will be restocked as soon as possible.
